PROCESSNTKRIB

From a swatch to a bulk order: five steps, each one documented.

  1. 01

    Request

    Tell us what you need

A sample request, a quote, custom development or a partnership all start here. Send the reference swatch or clear photos, the target quantity and the date you need the sample — we open a request ID so every later step can be traced against it.

  2. 02

    Review

    We check the details

We go through the knit structure (1×1, 2×1, 2×2 rib, jacquard, cable, piqué), the target weight, the colour reference and the garment it will sit on. Anything missing is filled in now: the cleaner this step, the less rework once the machine is running.

  3. 03

    Quote & sampling schedule

    Price and timing

We quote by structure complexity, yarn and number of colours, and state the sampling order and the expected sample-ready date. Price, timings and scheduling are confirmed in writing by our team.

  4. 04

    Sampling & shipping

    You hold the sample

We knit the trial piece, match the colour and agree handfeel and recovery, then seal the approved sample. The physical sample ships to you — for school-uniform programmes we can add a wash-test sample. Colour, width and details can still be changed at this step.

  5. 05

    Bulk & delivery

    Against the sealed sample

Bulk production runs against the sealed sample and is inspected before dispatch, with an inspection record. Lead time follows the schedule confirmed after sample approval.

Helpful to send with your request

  • Target quantity, split by colour and size
  • The date you need the sample and the date you go on sale
  • Colour reference: a physical swatch, or a colour value
  • The garment and neckline it will be used on, and the season

Missing some of it? Send what you have — we will list what else we need.

What you get at each step

MOQ, sampling lead time and bulk lead time move with structure complexity, number of colours and current machine scheduling, so they are always confirmed in writing by our team and by the physical sample. Sample status, colour, yarn, dimensions and lead time are likewise confirmed by our team and the physical sample.
